Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
The Graduate, Inc. will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding special orders, clearance or personalize items) that is returned to us in its original packaging and condition within 10 days of shipment. Any merchandise that was received damaged may also be refunded within 10 days of shipment. Be sure to enclose the packaging slip, as it is required for all exchanges/refunds. We do not accept items from third party vendors.
There will be a 25% restocking charge for all items returned for credit and/or exchange. This does not apply to those orders that were not filled correctly by The Graduate, Inc.
To return items, indicate the reason for return on the packaging slip and wrap the item securely and ship merchandise to the address below. (For your protection we recommend insuring your shipment and sending it via a traceable courier service). All returns send to:

Refund Information
All refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receipt of merchandise. You will be contacted via mail to confirm the refund date and the amount of refund. Please note that special shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
