Manage your appointments with EZClaim's Appointment Scheduler.  Uses the same patient list as EZClaim.  Simple drag and drop interface.  Once the appointment is complete, automatically create a new claim for billing.

ANSI 837 Professional Direct Billing Module - $795.00

Includes HIPAA required ANSI 837 and Print Image file formats. Allows for posting of payments and adjustments from the ANSI 835 electronic remittance advice.

ANSI 837 Direct Billing Module for DME, Chiropractic, and Ambulance - $995.00

Includes all the features of the Direct Billing Module plus the ability to send electronic DME claims and CMN forms to all four DMERC regions.  Includes special data entry screens required for Chiropractic and Ambulance claims.

EZLink Transfer Module - $295.00

For use with QuickBooks® Pro & Premier 2003 and higher

Allows EZClaim to transfer claim data to QuickBooks 2003 Pro & QuickBooks Premier 2003 (or higher) directly.

Clearinghouse Print Image Module - $145.00

For commercial clearinghouses that require a Print Image file format. 

Not required when using EZClaim’s clearinghouse services. 

Other clearinghouse charges not included.

Additional User License - $195.00

Allows EZClaim to be used by more than one user.  Please note that each workstation accessing the database must have an EZClaim Additional User License.
